These Terms and Conditions from Rhythm&Denim, as the seller, and you as the customer, apply to all orders placed on the Rhythm&Denim online shop (www.rhytmdenim.com).

1. Terms of Use

By using or accessing our services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms of use. The use of our services is subject to legal obligations and established rules. The product offerings on the online store constitute a non-binding invitation to order. By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or engage in transactions with us. You are responsible for the security of your account and login information. Note that these terms of use do not exclude your mandatory legal rights under applicable law, to the extent such rights apply to you and cannot be waived or modified. If you do not agree to these terms of use and all applicable additional conditions, you should not use our services.

2. Product Purchases

To purchase a product in our online shop, select the desired product, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process. Confirmation of a successful purchase is sent through a confirmation email. By placing an order, you bindly express your interest in purchasing the selected products.

Option 1 - Selection of an Online Available Jacket: Choose one of our high-quality jackets, upload your desired motif, and provide important details such as colors, fonts, motif position, etc. Complete the checkout process to receive an automatic confirmation email. For further questions, we will respond within 24 hours via email. Otherwise, we will continue working on your personalized product.

Option 2 - Submission of Your Own Jacket: Select the option "Your Jacket + Your Motif," upload your desired motif, and provide important details such as colors, fonts, motif position, etc. Complete the checkout and send your jacket to our address: Überlandstrasse 22, 8953 Dietikon. Upon receiving your jacket, we will send you a confirmation email and contact you for additional information or questions about your unique product.

3. Prices

Our pricing complies with applicable legal regulations and includes the following details: All prices stated on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the legally required value-added tax (currently 8.1%). The stated price consists of the product cost itself, including any personalized elements. Any additional fees, such as express production with priority status, are separately listed and transparently communicated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly displayed and may vary depending on the delivery location. Actual shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before completing the order.


4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

4.1. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Detailed information is provided in the respective delivery conditions, separately stated in the product description.

4.2. For products in stock, the delivery time within Switzerland is 3-5 working days and internationally up to 14 days, depending on the delivery location.

4.3. Personalized products are typically produced and delivered within 10-14 days in Switzerland. Please note that the mentioned timeframe may vary depending on the delivery location and may be extended accordingly. Delivery times for international orders may be longer.

4.4. Shipping costs in Switzerland are free. For international deliveries, current DHL costs and packaging costs are separately listed and may vary depending on the delivery location. Actual shipping costs for international orders are displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

5. Returns

Each piece is individually designed to meet your unique requirements. Due to the personalization of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective. If a customer is dissatisfied with our work, we warmly invite them to contact us. We appreciate your feedback and will promptly address finding a solution to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a positive experience.

6. Care and Handling of Our Products

6.1 Washing: Use a gentle wash cycle at 20 degrees for optimal results. When handwashing, handle the product with care. When machine washing, ensure the product is turned inside out to avoid direct contact with the hand-painted surface. Ironing: Turn the product inside out before ironing to protect the quality of the painting.

6.2 Drying: Products should not be dried in the dryer to prevent potential damage to the hand-painting.

6.3 Avoid Friction: To prevent friction on the painting, we recommend treating the product gently and minimizing direct contact with abrasive surfaces.

Please follow these instructions to ensure the longevity and beauty of your hand-painted products.

8. Warranty and Guarantee

8.1. Defective or Faulty Products: We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing defects. In the event of a defect or fault attributable to our manufacturing, we offer free repair or replacement.

8.2. Individual and Hand-Painted Nature: Explanation: Due to the hand-painted nature of our products, there may be slight variations in color and design. These variations are not considered defects but emphasize the uniqueness of each piece.

8.3. Warranty Period: The warranty covers a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of the product.

8.4. Care Instructions and Warranty: Emphasis: To maintain the warranty, customers should follow the recommended care instructions. Damages due to improper care are not covered by the warranty.

8.5. Returns and Warranty Claims: Process: Customers wishing to make a warranty claim should contact us. We will personally assess the condition of the product and discuss the further process with the customer.

8.6. Exclusion Criteria: Clarification: Excluded from the warranty are circumstances such as improper handling, normal wear and tear, or changes to the product by the customer.
